Every ticket pass generates a unique code that can only be redeemed once. When you arrive at the venue, the scanner marks your pass as used in real-time. If anyone tries to copy or screenshot your ticket, the entrance scanner instantly rejects duplicate attempts with an “Already Scanned” warning.
2. Safe Payments & Zero Card Storage
Bookly never sees, handles, or stores your debit card numbers, PINs, or CVV codes. All payments are processed through certified, licensed payment gateways. You receive an instant digital receipt and confirmed pass right after checkout.
3. Guaranteed High-Clarity Ticket Passes
Tickets can be saved directly as high-resolution images or printed as PDFs. The QR code is formatted with built-in error correction, meaning it reads quickly even if your phone screen has low brightness or cracks.
4. Scoped Door Staff (Bouncer) Accounts
You can set up dedicated gate logins for your venue bouncers. These staff accounts can only scan tickets for that specific event on the scanner app. Door staff never have access to your ticket revenues, bank account details, or organizer account settings.
5. Account Verification & Credential Protection
Organizer accounts are secured with a mandatory 6-digit confirmation code sent to your email during signup. Passwords are encrypted using strong one-way hashing algorithms so no one—not even Bookly staff—can view your password.
6. Real-Time Scan Logs & Fraud Prevention
Every check-in is logged with exact timestamps and door staff tags. This gives you an accurate live attendance count, eliminates door staff gate fraud, and prevents unauthorized entry disputes.
7. Data Isolation & Encrypted Cloud Storage
Your event data, sales metrics, and attendee contact details are stored in an encrypted cloud environment where each organizer's data is strictly partitioned. All web traffic and mobile sync connections use encrypted HTTPS.
